Terms of Use
Effective November 7, 2026
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
GoodDayDoc (gooddaydoc.com, the "Site") is owned and operated by Telomere Corporation ("GoodDayDoc", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and everything we offer through it, including job listings, accounts, job posting and our guides (together, the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, apply for a job or post a job.
2. What GoodDayDoc is
GoodDayDoc is a job board for healthcare jobs in Ontario. We list jobs posted by employers and jobs gathered from public sources such as employers' own websites and other job boards, and we publish guides about working in Ontario.
We are not an employer, a recruiter or an employment agency, and we are not a party to any job, contract or negotiation between you and an employer. We don't guarantee that any job is still open, that any applicant is suitable, or that anyone will be hired.
3. Job listings
- Listings show what the employer or the original source advertised, including pay, billing model, hours and benefits. We may summarize or organize that information, but we don't verify it, and we are not responsible for its accuracy.
- Confirm every detail, especially pay, overhead, hours, call, licensing and immigration support, directly with the employer before you rely on it or accept an offer.
- A listing is not an offer of employment. Jobs can close or change at any time, and we may edit, hide or remove any listing.
- Listings link to employers' own websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their application process or how they handle your information.
4. Accounts
Some Services need an account, which is managed through our sign-in provider. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Applying for jobs and your CV
- When you apply to a job posted on GoodDayDoc, you ask us to send your application, including your CV, to that employer. Once the employer has it, how they use and keep it is up to them.
- When a job takes applications on the employer's own website, we record that you applied and then send you to that site. Your application there is between you and that employer.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and everything you submit, including your qualifications, licences and right to work in Canada. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
- You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time through our contact form.
6. Employers posting jobs
If you post a job or claim a listing, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to recruit for that employer;
- the job is real, currently open, located in Ontario, and accurately described, including pay where it is shown;
- the job and your hiring follow the law, including Ontario's Human Rights Code, the Employment Standards Act and the rules of the relevant regulatory college;
- you will use applicants' information only to consider them for that job, and handle it as privacy law requires.
We may edit, decline or remove any job, at any time, without giving a reason. If a job of yours was listed from a public source and you want it changed or removed, contact us and we will act on it.
7. Fees
Browsing jobs, reading guides and applying are free. Employer fees, including the free period for a new job, are shown on the employers page and before you pay. We may change our prices; a change applies only to periods that start after it is published. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees for a period that has already started are not refunded if the job is closed or removed early.
8. Guides and other content
Our guides, pay information, contract comments and other content are general information about working in Ontario. They are not legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice. Rules, fees and processes change, so check the dated sources we cite and get professional advice for your own situation.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, or a job that doesn't exist;
- use the Services to send spam, collect other users' contact details, or recruit for anything other than real healthcare jobs;
- scrape, copy or republish listings or guides in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Services, without our written permission;
- interfere with the Services' security or operation, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your qualifications or your connection to an employer.
10. Our content and yours
The Site, its design, guides and other content belong to Telomere Corporation or its licensors. You may view and share individual pages for your own job search or hiring, but not copy them for any other purpose without our written permission.
You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your CV or a job posting. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit and send it as needed to provide the Services.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on them is complete, accurate or current.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Telomere Corporation and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost income, lost opportunities or lost data, arising from your use of the Services, any listing, any employer or applicant, or any decision you make based on our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100 CAD.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Telomere Corporation against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, content you submit, or your dealings with an employer or applicant.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or remove your content, if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law. You can stop using the Services and ask us to close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, continue after termination.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
